“The mouth is for eating, not for sex,” Uganda’s president said this week in his first-ditch effort to ban oral sex. Yoweri Museveni made the announcement during a televised press conference in which he continued his Puritanical crusade against sexual freedom. “Let me take this opportunity to warn our people publicly about the wrong practices indulged in and promoted by some of the outsiders…One of them is what they call oral sex. The mouth is for eating, not for sex.”
The president began talking about banning oral sex way back in 2014 when he claimed that performing the sexual act can give people worms.
