Few artists in history have painted surreal landscapes that suck you in eager to experience their wacky world, like Dali. Thanks to a new innovative technology, the Oculus Rift, and the beautiful Salvador Dali museum in St. Petersburg, Florida, you can experience the dreamscapes Dali painted first hand.

The museum alone is reason to book your ticket to Florida. With a large number of the artist’s drawings, paintings, and sculptures, on display you can learn the intimate details of some of his related works and the reoccurring dreams the artist had.

As if that isn’t enough, Disney has teamed up with the museum and created the “Disney and Dali: Architects of the Imagination” exhibit. The exhibit runs now through June 2016 and contains audio from both Salvador Dali and Walt Disney. The big show stopper is “Dreams of Dali,” an Oculus Rift experience that takes you into the mind of Dali has he depicts his own version of Jean Francois Millet’s “The Angelus.”

Take a look at “Dreams of Dali” after the jump.
