Yesterday was an historic day for Harvard Law School when they elected Mitchell Reich as president of the Harvard Law Review, one of the most prestigious publications in the world. The second year Harvard Law School student is officially the first openly gay president of the publication. As the 125th president, Reich says that being gay was never an issue in the Harvard Law community. Though, he does understand the importance of such an election

“If I had seen someone who was the president of the Harvard Law Review and [also] openly gay, that would have been helpful to me,” Reich says. [TheCrimson]

Congrats Reich! Now the real question is, are you single?
