U2 to Release New Single During Bank of America Super Bowl Spot to Help Combat HIV/AIDS

In a new Bank of America commercial to air during the Super Bowl, U2 will debut a new single. “Invisible.” The single, will be free to download from iTunes, but with each download, Bank of America has pledged to donate $1 to the Global Fund to Fund AIDS, Tuberculosis, Malaria. Bank of America will make the donation just in the first 24 hours the song is available and will donate up to $2 million. “We will continue to prioritize ways to contribute at home, while also finding places and moments where we can have an impact globally,” Bank of America said in a statement about its partnership with (Red) and U2. “This is one of those moments. A moment where together we have the collective ability to make a difference in the critical global AIDS fight… Delivering an AIDS-free generation is within our grasp.”
