During a trip to Phuket earlier this year, I had an opportunity to meet three chefs who are creating culinary magic in one of Thailand’s most well known resort destinations. Each of these individuals possesses a passion for food and a desire to give their guests astounding meals that they will be talking about for years to come. Whether it’s sourcing local, organic produce, highlighting unique Thai flavors and spices, or using only sustainable meat and fish, these chefs love what they do, and they can’t wait to share it with you.
