2 Queer Women Turned into Barbie Dolls

You’ve come a long way, Barbie! Mattel has just released two queer women dolls in celebration of International Women’s Day. Two-time Olympic gold medal winner from the UK, Nicola Adams, will be released as a pint-sized short-haired gorgeous Barbie of color and Mexican artist Frida Kahlo both got the plastic treatment.

Adams self-identifies as a bisexual while Kahlo, ahead of her time, famously had same-sex trysts.
