Cher and Hillary Clinton Hit the Campaign Trail in P’Town to Cement LGBT Support

Let’s just say if you’re going for the gay vote, you may want to book a fundraising event at one of the most iconic LGBT-travel destinations and book an icon. That’s just what Hillary Clinton has done to drum up further support from the gay community and raise a few extra bucks to head face-to-face against Donald Trump in November. The politician also is getting a little help from her friend Cher, who threw her support to the candidate earlier this year.

This will be Clinton’s second time visiting the beach playground and she’s expected to draw 500 attendees at a “rally like” gathering on August 21. “She’s going to celebrate the amazing diversity of Provincetown and our country,” said organizer Bryan Rafanelli (who has previously helped organize Chelsea Clinton’s wedding).

GA tickets are sold out ($45 and $500), but for those big-wigs out there, you can still get in at $2,700-$27,000.
