Once again, it’s been confirmed that Chick-Fil-A has donated millions of dollars to anti-gay organizations that the popular fast-food chain is politically tied with. According to Equality Matters, the organization donated over $3 million between 2003 and 2009 to organizations such as the Family Research Council and Exodus International. An even more recent report shows that in 2010 alone, Chick-Fil-A donated over $1.9 million to anti-gay causes. This is more than any other year recorded and it continues to show support regardless of negative backlash from the public. Regardless of the criticism, Chick-fil-A’s president Dan Cathy publicly announced that the company has no “anit-gay agenda.” However, the records seem to prove otherwise.
