Barbra Streisand’s 39th album is chockablock with Hollywood icons (Anne Hathaway, Daisy Ridley, Alec Baldwin, Hugh Jackman, and many more), we were most surprised by Chris Pine’s awesome number “I’ll Be Seeing You.” As part of “Encore: Movie Partners Sing Broadway,” the Star Trek star was courted by the Babs herself calling him “…one of the hotties today.”
“At first I thought she wanted to make an album just with me,” he said. “As flattered as I was, I knew there must’ve been a mistake in there somewhere,” Pine laughs about the collaboration. “In the midst of freaking out, you do have those wonderful moments where you step outside your body and say, ‘You’re… about to record your side to your duet with Barbra Streisand.'”
