In the 80s, Matt Goss rose to prominence as a member of pop group Bros,  who are known for their work with living legends the Pet Shop Boys. While Bros disbanded over 20 years ago, Goss continues to lead a lively solo career, drawing buzz for his singles, including the poppy single “Strong” from his newest album, Life You Imagine.

For Bros fans, however, there is an even more intriguing, lesser-known highlight from this album; it’s Goss’s cover of Bros hit “When Will I Be Famous.” While the original was an electronic, synth-pop track, Goss’s new version is a drastic re-imagining of the song as a retro, throwback, big-band number.
