Fringe Festival in Curitiba, Brazil

In Brazil the Festival de Curitiba is an annual event that showcases artists and theater companies from Brazil and all over the world. While most shows are based in theatre, other mediums are also explored, including circus performances dance, comedic stand-up, improvisation, and even gastronomy. Alongside traditional Brazilian acts, unusual artistic forms of expression are showcased. This fringe fest takes over the city—streets, bars, squares, movie houses, and, of course, theatres, all burst with parties and performances. Check it out from March 27-April 8.
