Frontier Airlines to Stop Serving Cookies

OK, there are probably more super-newsworthy stories out there, but this latest piece of airline news is pretty disheartening. Frontier Airlines is set to phase out their two-year-old cookie tradition. Say it isn’t so! The freshly baked treats were a leftover tradition from the now-defunct Midwest Airlines, but the tradition lived on after the airline was absorbed by Frontier. To add insult to injury to the cost-cutting measure, Frontier is replacing their warm cookies with…Pepperidge Farm Goldfish crackers, and they’ll charge $1 per bag. [Jaunted]
