A new musical adaptation of the animated blockbuster Frozen will open on Broadway in the spring of 2018, Disney Theatrical Productions announced on Tuesday. Two-time Tony Award– nominee Alex Timbers will take the reigns on the new live-action show, which will open to the public alongside Disney’s Aladdin and The Lion King.

Walt Disney Animation Studios’ greatest commercial success, Frozen raked in $1.28 billion at the global box office in 2013, spurring the release of a short follow-up film, Frozen Fever, in 2015.

Itching for a sneak peak? Disney’s adaptation will open to a limited pre-Broadway engagement in the summer of 2017. The writers behind Frozen‘s original score, Kristen Anderson-Lopez and Robert Lopez, will write the score for the new Broadway musical.
