Gay Travel: Five Things to Look Forward to When Going ‘Out’ at Borgata Atlantic City, New Jersey

This summer, Borgata Hotel Casino & Spa in Atlantic City kicks off the warm-weather season and Pride Month with a bang. The hotel, which has been “rolling out the rainbow carpet for the LGBT community to celebrate Pride Month” also hosts gay and lesbian weekends titled “Out at Borgata” throughout the year. We’ve come up with a list of things to look forward to this summer, but if you need more Jersey Shore–style inspiration, click here for their designated Out at Borgata website.

Adding to the list of Borgata’s other big-name spots like Izakaya and Wolfgang Puck American Grille, Michael Symon (a longtime friend of the beachside community) has opened up his new Italian bistro. While we have yet to eat here (we’ll be checking it out this weekend), we can’t imagine that The Chew co-host could name a restaurant after his mother and not have beautiful Italian food to match.

Miss’d America Winner 2016.

It’s probably one of our favorite events in all the world, the Miss’d America Pageant returns to Atlantic City. We’ve been since it was resurrected in 2011, and we can’t get enough of watching the Atlantic City community rally behind these super-talented queens. You can read up on our experience last year where Mimi Imfurst snatched the crown with the pageant’s most over-the-top performance.
