Global Cocktail: Abajo at Añejo’s Tea Thyme

Thanks to Will Aporih, this playful springtime drink is not only refreshing, it’s super-trendy thanks to it’s throwback to the cocktails of yesteryear. If you can’t make it to Abajo at Añejo in New York, they’ve generously given us the recipe below. 


Build in a tin with cube ice, stir and strain into a speakeasy glass, top with Club Soda and garnish with thyme.
