Is it just us, or do speakeasies always have the best cocktails? Sneak through the false back wall at NYC’s Bathtub Gin and into the elegant, dim 1920s-inspired parlor and you’ll find some of the best drinks in the city. Bartender Jeffrey Dillon created this delicious blend of gin, juice, nectar, bitters, and more, and we can’t get enough.

The Hornet’s Nest

2 oz. Tanqueray Old Tom Gin
.5 oz. Lime Juice
.5 oz. Grapefruit Juice
.5 oz. Kummel
.25 oz. Amaro Montenegro
.25 oz. Agave Syrup
1 dash Orange Bitters

Shake all ingredients with ice, strain into a coupette with a lemon wheel garnish and orange oils.
