‘Lesbians Would Want to be Rather Butch’ Designer of On-Trend Dress Says About Why Lesbians Shouldn’t Wear It

Patrick Coudere, one of the men behind the wildly popular Herve Leger bandage dresses, told the Daily Mail that women who are fat or a lesbian shouldn’t wear the tight dress. The fashion line that’s owned by the BCBG Max Azria Group, continued to put his foot in his mouth when he said that “voluptuous” women and “[women with] very prominent hips and a very flat chest.” Besides body shaming, Coudere continued by saying that: “If you’re a committed lesbian and you are wearing trousers all your life, you won’t want to buy a Leger dress,” he claimed. “Lesbians would want to be rather butch and leisurely.”
