The couple, who now live in a home for the elderly in Downtown Manhattan, sit down with the New York Times and not only talk about why their relationship has lasted for so long, but also about New York’s changing gay culture. From World War II to modern-day sexually conservative gays, the couple hasn’t lost their sense of humor when discussing their life’s experiences.
