Paris As Seen By Hollywood

Starting on September 18 in Paris, Hôtel de Ville (City Hall) will showcase America’s joy of the City of Light with the new exhibit Paris vu par Hollywood (Paris as seen by Hollywood).  The French capital has been represented in over 800 American films. Elements of the exhibit include numerous film clips and photographs, model scenery, costumes, and posters. Twenty screens will display clips from 70 movies, and one giant screen has a series of film excerpts, photos, and posters. Discover designs and decors from An American in Paris (Vincente Minelli), Moulin Rouge (John Huston), and Midnight in Paris (Woody Allen). Make sure not to miss out on the costumes designed by Hubert de Givenchy for Audrey Hepburn in Charade. Catch this exhibit while  visiting Paris this fall or winter until December 15. Open Monday-Saturday, 10 A.M.-7 P.M.
