Adam Tidd has 16 years of experience in the hospitality industry, the last ten years of which have been with The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company. He began working for the hotel group in Grande Lakes Orlando as a senior meeting and special events manager. “In 2008, I moved home to Boston for a promotion as the director of meetings and special events at The Ritz-Carlton, Boston Common,” he said. The Ritz-Carlton, Buckhead (3434 Peachtree Rd. Tel: 404-237-2700. www.ritz-carlton.com) became his home in 2010, and he has served as the hotel’s associate director of meetings and special events. When asked why he chose the hotel in Buckhead he replied: “The Ritz-Carlton, Buckhead is an iconic hotel within our brand. We are celebrating 30 years this year.” And he’s right.
