Andaz is famous for using local and regional sources for their cuisine, amenities, and more (remember their collaboration with the Beekman Boys?), and Dina Rata is no exception. Chef Victor Cruz has debuted a completely new menu of seasonal offerings sourced from and inspired by the Hudson Valley. Go for dinner and try the Three-Cheese Mac & Cheese smothered in mushroom parmesan, smoked gouda, and swiss, and topped with cremini mushrooms, truffle essences, and crispy bacon. Served steaming and right in the cast-iron skillet, it’s a little bit of home amidst the power suits of Wall Street.
Dina Rata at Andaz Wall Street. Open Monday-Sunday for breakfast and lunch, and Monday-Saturday for drinks and dinner. 75 Wall Street, New York, New York, 212-590-1234.
