Security Guards Arrested for Violence Towards People Wearing Pride Flags at Dua Lipa Concert

Two security guards were arrested after they were caught dragging people out who were spotted waving pride flags during a Dua Lipa concert. The incident took place at the singer’s Shanghai concert. In the video, the security guards are seen assaulting people outside.

Zhu and Nai were arrested and sentenced to ten days in jail for beating the concert goers.

“I want us all to dance. I want us all to sing, I want us all to just have a really good time,” Dua Lipa said in Shanghai.

“Last night I did it for my fans,” she said on Instagram. “A promised show. I stood by them, sang with them and danced with them. I will stand by you all for your love and beliefs and I am proud and grateful that you felt safe enough to show your pride at my show. What you did takes a lot of bravery. I always want my music to bring strength, hope and unity.”
