Out & Equal, a nonprofit that specializes in fostering equality and diversity in the workplace, has just announced that JPMorgan Chase has made a $1 million dollar investment in the organization. According to Out & Equal’s CEO, Erin Uritus, the bulk of the funding will go towards the organization’s program to help more trans people enter the workforce.
